Involtini vietnamiti / kao`s kitchen

Gli involtini vietnamiti sono preparati con carta di riso, una sfoglia molto sottile e friabile.

Oggi vi presento 2 ricette ma non esiste una versione unica di questa preparazione, gli ingredienti per il ripieno possono essere i più vari: ormaggio, qualunque verdura carne ma anche dessert con frutta.

Questa è la versione fredda, ma volendo potete anche friggerli come gli involtini primavera!!

Ingredienti per 4 persone

carta di riso

100g di Spaghetti di riso

12 Gamberetti grandi sguaiati e puliti

1 carota tagliata a bastoncini

1 cetriolo tagliato a bastoncini

Insalata

sake da cucina

sweet chili sauce

1. Cuocete gli spaghetti di riso. poi scolateli e metteteli da parte.

2. Riempite un pentolino con dell’acqua e aggiungetevi un cucchiaio di sake e portate a ebollizione, aggiungete i gamberetti e fate cuocere per due minuti

Scolateli e Tagliate i gamberetti a metà per la loro lunghezza e metteteli da parte.

3. Riempite una ciotola (anche una padella, piatto)con acqua e Immergetevi i fogli di carta di riso

(da 15 a 40 secondi) Toglieteli dall’acqua e disponeteli sulla superficie di lavoro, poi farciteli con il ripieno.

Per evitare che si attacchino, tenete gli involtini vietnamiti lontani tra di loro.

Servite immediatamente i vostri involtini accompagnandoli con sweet chili sauce (o qualsiasi condimento a vostra piacere).Se non li consumate subito copriteli con un tovagliolo di carta umido, avvolgeteli con della pellicola trasparente e serviteli entro 2 , 3 ore

Involtini vegetariani

Ingredienti per 1 persona

1 carta di riso

Formaggio morbido

1 pomodorino tagliato fine

1/4 cetriolo tagliato fine

salsa di soia 1 cucchiaio

maionese 10g

wasabi a piacere

1. Riempite una ciotola con acqua e Immergetevi i fogli di carta di riso (da 15 a 40 secondi)

Toglieteli dall’acqua e disponeteli sulla superficie di lavoro, poi farciteli con il ripieno.

2.Mescolare la salsa di soia, maionese e se vi piace un po` di wasabi
