Oggi vi presento la salsa teriyaki.
Una salsa agrodolce molto amata dai giapponesi e non. Il termine teriyaki e` composto dalle parole “teri”(照り) che significa lucido e “yaki”(焼き) che significa cotto. Oggi vi presento la ricetta con il pollo ma con questa salsa e` possibile cuocere carne, pesce, verdure, tofo etc…
Una salsa molto semplice da preparare vediamo insieme
Una delle salse giapponese più famosa!
Ingredienti per 2 persone
300g di sovracosce di pollo
1.5 cucchiai di salsa di soia
1.5 cucchiai di mirin
1 cucchiaio di sake
1/2 cucchiaio di zucchero
Procedimento
- Pulire le sovracosce di pollo e bucate la pelle
- Mescolate tutti gli ingredienti per la salsa teriyaki
- Scaldate una padella a fiamma media senza aggiungere l`olio e cuocete il pollo dalla parte della pelle
- Cuocete 3,4 minuti e aggiungete gli ingredienti della salsa per fare addensare sempre a fiamma media.quando la salsa e più densa versatela sul pollo con cucchiaio. Quando il pollo e` cotto tagliate e buon appetito!
consigli
- Usate una padella antiaderente non troppo grande per addensare la salsa
- Mentre cuocete il pollo prima di mettere la salsa pulite con una carta il grasso in eccesso
- Se volte ridurre il sale usate la salsa di soia iposodica

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
