Ciao sono Kaoru!
Oggi vi presento una ricetta facilissima per una buona torta di cioccolato light
senza olio, senza burro ma con tofu giapponese
Se avete il cuoci riso potete preparare senza il forno
Ingredienti
- 150 g di tofu kinu (morbido)
- 30 cc di latte
- 40g di zucchero
- 2 uova
- 100 g di cioccolato fondente
- 20g di cacao
- 20g di farina
- 4g di lievito
Preparazione
Spezzate il cioccolato in piccoli pezzi e mettere nel cuociriso o nel microonde per fa sciogliere
si aggiunge il tofu sgocciolato schiacciando e mescolare bene
Si aggiunge lo zucchero e le uova uno alla volta e mescolare bene
Si aggiunge le farine(farina, lievito e cacao) setacciando e mescola delicatamente
Accendete il cuociriso per la cottura (ripetete 2 volte normale cottura di riso)
Quando usate il forno mettete l`impasto nello stampo da 15cm a 160℃ lasciate cuocere per 45minuti
Basta usare la farina di riso diventa la torta senza glutine
Provate anche la torta fredda
