Zuppa Giapponese Tonjiru/ kao`s kitchen

zuppa tonjiru CUCINA

Il tonjiru (ton=buta= maiale, jiru=zuppa)

e’ una zuppa di miso con il maiale e verdure semplice ma molto squisita

ingredienti potete modificare con la vostra fantasia!

Ingredienti per 4 persone

3 patate medie
1 carota
1/3 daikon
un porro intero o 1 cipolla
170g circa di maiale tagliata sottile o pancetta
1 cucchiaio di Zenzero grattugiato e Aglio tagliato fine
10g di dashi in polvere
un panetto di tofu1 cucchiaio olio di sesamo
3,4 cucchiaio di miso

Procedimento

1. Carote e daikon… tagliare come piccolo ventaglio
2. Lavate, sbucciate e tagliate dadini le patate e lasciare in una scodella d’acqua
3. Prendere una pentola capiente e scaldare un cucchiaio di olio di sesamo
Nella pentola versate prima il maiale e cuocere un po’ e aggiungete aglio e zenzero poi aggiungete tutte le verdure e fate cuocere a fiamma media per 2-3 minuti, ricordandosi di girare e aggiungere dashi in polvere.
4. Dopo diche, riempite la pentola d’acqua fino a ricoprire di poco tutti gli ingredienti e lasciate cuocere fiamma bassa. Una volta che le patate sono cotte, sciogliere miso nel brodo, mescolando bene.
Tagliate dadini il panetto di tofu e metterlo nella pentola.
Se vi piace potete aggiungere un bicchiere di latte di soia
