Come preparare onigiri/ kao`s kitchen

Forse avete visto attraverso lo schermo dei cartoni animati giapponesi.
Queste polpette di riso a forma triangolare, cilindrica o sferica, farcite con vari ripieni o solo sale e decorate con alga nori o senza. Un po` come i panini non abbiamo le ricette precise.

INGREDIENTI PER 2 PERSONE
2 tazze di riso giapponese
2-2.5 tazze di acqua

tonno in scatola naturale +maionese
gomashio (semi di sesamo e sale 6:1)
alga wakame
Umeboshi
Furikake
uovo strapazzato
Alga nori etc..

PROCEDIMENTO

Prima di tutto prepariamo il riso per onigiri  per la cottura guardate qui

Per la forma o inumiditi le mani con dell`acqua o usate la pellicola trasparente per alimenti.
Appoggiate una porzione di riso e mettete il condimento al centro e coprite il condimento con una porzione di riso oppure mescolate con il riso e il condimento e formate i vostri onigiri.
Tagliate una striscia di alga nori e Buon appettito!
