<INGREDIENTI>
- Uova ・・・ 6
- Salsa di soia ・・・4 cucchiai
- Acqua ・・・3 cucchiai
- Mirin ・・・ 2 cucchiai
- Zucchero … 1 cucchiaio
＜PREPARAZIONE＞
In una pentola fa bollire acqua e aggiungere le uova appena prese dal frigorifero e cuocere 7-8minuti (a me piace 6,5 -7 minuti)
Raffreddare immediatamente con l`acqua fredda per fermare la cottura e sgusciare delicatamente
Mentre cuocete le uova prepariamo la salsa
In una pentola unite la salsa di soia, l`acqua, il mirin e lo zucchero fate bollire e lasciar raffreddare
Mettete le uova cotte nella salsa (io uso la busta di plastica per marinare) e lasciar riposare in frigorifero per 2,3 ore.
