Oggi vi presento “hasamiyaki” di radice di loto
Ci vuole meno di mezzo`ora Provate!!
Ingredienti per 4 persone
maiale macinato — 400g
radice di loto — 12cm ca
salsa di soia — 2 cucchiai
zenzero grattugiato — 2 cucchiai
farina — q.b
olio — q.b
salsa
salsa di soia — 3 cucchiai
zucchero — 2 cucchiai
mirin — 2 cucchiai
Procedimento
- Sbucciate i radici di loto e tagliate in 24 fettine e mette farina entrambi lati. Mescola ingredienti di salsa.
- Nella ciotola mette carne macinato, salsa di soia e zenzero e impastare bene con le mani, fino ad ottenere un panetto compatto(giusto che viene viscoso)
- Suddividere l’impasto 12 pezzi e schiaccia con 2 fette di radici di loto. Mette bene carne fino ai buchi.
- Scalda bene una padella con olio e posizionate radice di loto, attende 3 minuti e girateli dall’altro lato e cuocere 2 minuti. Aggiungete 2 cucchiai di acqua e chiude con il tappo e cuocere ancora 2 minuti.
Si aggiunge tutta la salsa e legare bene
