Oggi vi presento come si prepara la salsa “tsuyu” semplice.
Usiamo Tsuyu servire con i noodles (soba, udon, soumen) ma anche per cucinare
Da kao`s trovi tsuyu concentrato ma quando manca nella dispensa provate questa ricetta!
Ingredienti per 2 persone
- 2 cucchiai di salsa di soia
- 2 cucchiai di mirin
- 3/4 tazza di acqua
- 1/2 cucchiaini di dashi in polvere
Preparazione
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti nella pentola e fa bollire e raffreddare
-La salsa tsuyu preparata può essere conservata in frigorifero per diversi giorni
-Se volete una salsa vegetariana, potete usare dashi kombu in polvere
-tusyu senzaglutine usate la salsa di soia tamari
