Forse già sapete che il miso è condimento indispensabile nella cucina giapponese
Una pasta di soia fermentata possiamo utilizzare nella zuppe, nelle salse ma anche per marinare.
Oggi vi presento un piatto semplice”tonno alla griglia”con la salsa di miso originale
INGREDIENTI PER 2 PERSONE
2 filetti di tonno
farina q.b
Olio q.b
1 spicchio di Aglio
PER LA SALSA
1 cucchiaio di miso
1 cucchiaio di mirin
1 cucchiaio di sake
1 cucchiaio di burro (ghee)
3 cucchiai di acqua
1 cucchiaino di semi di sesamo
PROCEDIMENTO
- Nella ciotola mescolate tutti gli ingredienti della salsa
- Salate e pepate e infarinate leggermente i filetti di tonno
- Poni sul fuoco medio una padella con un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva e fai rosolare per qualche istante lo spicchio d’aglio e mettete i tranci di tonno e rosolate bene. Levate l`aglio prima di bruciare.
- Aggiungete 1(ciotola di salsa) sciogliete il burro e fate bollire, quando la salsa diventa densa spegnete subito il fuoco e servite.
