Ingredienti per 2 persone
Fagiolini … 240g
Sale … q.b per la cottura
Condimento
Tahina … 2 cucchiai
Semi di sesamo … 2 cucchiai
Salsa di soia … 2 cucchiaini
Acqua … 4 cucchiaini
Zucchero .. 2 cucchiaini
Dashi in polvere … 1 cucchiainoz
Procedimento
Pulite i fagiolini e mescolate tutti gli ingredienti per condire
Portate a bollore abbondante acqua salata e cuocere i fagiolini per 3-4 minuti e scolate in un scolapasta i fagiolini lessi e passatele sotto all’acqua fredda corrente del rubinetto(così rimane il colore bello)
Tagliate meta` i fagiolini e mescolate con il condimento
